OTHER USEFUL COMPONENTS FOR UAVs

Beyond the flight controller and ESC, a build also needs a video system, power monitoring, practical connections, and access to its electronics. This category includes components for these tasks, along with standalone FPV signal monitoring devices.

Video systems and signal monitoring

The VTX D1 video transmitter sends images from an analog FPV camera to a compatible receiver. Key considerations include video format, power requirements, the antenna connector, and control compatibility. The ADEVIN detector serves a different purpose: it is a standalone device that detects FPV video-transmitter signals and provides alerts. It does not replace an onboard VTX or video receiver.

Voltage monitoring and power filtering

The 0–100 V voltage divider allows battery voltage to be measured through a compatible flight-controller input. It provides a measurement signal, not power for peripherals. JCCON and Rubycon capacitors are used in power circuits to filter ripple. Choose them according to their voltage rating, capacitance, dimensions, and other documented specifications; higher capacitance alone does not mean better compatibility.

Assembly and maintenance

Cable kit v1 includes cables for power and peripherals on BORYSPIL v1 and BORYSPIL+ v1 controllers. A ready-made kit helps organize connections, but compatibility with other boards must be checked separately. The USB v1 extension board makes USB, BOOT, and buzzer connections more accessible when the main board is difficult to reach; supported models are listed on the product page.

Choose additional components for the specific task and electronics revision. Before purchasing, check their purpose, electrical specifications, connectors, and package contents. For cables, connector shape alone is not enough: pin assignments also matter. For modules, verify compatibility with the main board’s inputs and power supply.
